As a Pricing & Health Economics Manager at Novartis, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that ensure our therapies reach those who need them most. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing and market access strategies for assigned therapeutic areas, drugs, and brands.
  • Prepare and submit market access dossiers to relevant regulatory authorities to secure optimal reimbursement.
  • Analyze health economics data and trends to inform pricing decisions and support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, payers, and opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and market access initiatives.
  • Monitor and communicate changes in the local regulatory and reimbursement environment.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on market access plans and objectives.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to management.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, health economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access processes.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate scientific, legal, and economic topics clearly.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with government officials, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Well-developed knowledge of the local regulatory environment and healthcare system.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Requirements

  • Fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with international teams or in a global pharmaceutical environment.
