- Maintain NVS P and R access databases in timely and quality manner.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
- Effective use and improvement of tracking systems to measure access.
- Shortening product(s) time to market -Improvement/expansion of patient access.
Work Experience:
- Market and customer intelligence.
- Proficient in tools and systems related to Hospitals.
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience above 3years medicinal products for human use.
